Rated from 1 to 240 items per minute with belt speed up to 120 feet per minute -depending on materials and application. Weight range of 60 to 6000 grams with minimum graduation rate of 0.5 grams and accuracy of +/- 1gram. Temps: 0°C to 40°C with humidity 30-85%, no condensation. Equipped with (3) white urethane product belts (1) 12-1/2" wide x 17" long in feed belt (1) 12-1/2" wide x 17" long double beam load cell and belt with (1) 12-1/2" wide x 29" long discharge belt and mechanical reject arm with 30" in feed and discharge heights. Control column with touch pad controller and LED display with e-stop. Conveyor mounted on a height adjustable stainless steel base frame.
