Bin totes are a means to store/transport and handle both liquids and solids in a bulk manner usually about 30 to 45 cubic feet in volume with either valving or removable tops for filling and removing the materials. Bin Totes are also referred to as Gaylords or palletainers.
Tote Systems, stainless steel, 50 ft³, 1400 liter capacity, powder tote bin with unload station. The lid, flange and hopper body contact parts are 316 stainless steel and the non-product contact parts and frame structure are 304 stainless steel. Has 42" wide x 48" long x 66" deep product chamber, flat top with 24" OD manway and clamp down cover. Cone bottom has 10" OD discharge with butterfly valve and 7" floor clearence. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel 4-way forkable base and a Tote Systems product discharge station with control panel and has vibrator on, tote valve open, bin empty, decelrator, inflate, deflate buttons and vibrator off / manual switch. Used to feed tablet presses, encapsulators, granulators, mills and many other systems.

Tote Systems, 316 stainless steel, 500 liter capacity tote / bin. Equipped with a 30" wide x 30" long x 48" deep vessel, 18" diameter manway with clamp down cover, (1) 4½"OD / 4"ID Tri-Clamp top port and 9" diameter discharge with butterfly valve. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel forklift base.

Tote Systems, 316 stainless steel, 1400 liter capacity tote / bin. Equipped with a 48" wide x 48" long x 60" deep vessel, 24" diameter manway with clamp down cover and 10" diameter discharge with butterfly valve. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel forklift base.

Custom Powder Systems, Model 610817, 304 stainless steel 225 liter capacity blending tote / bin. Equipped with a 18" wide x 22" long x 42" deep vessel, 18" diameter manway with clamp down cover and 9" diameter discharge with butterfly valve. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel forklift base.
OAD: 50"L x 50"W x 56"H
Feldmeier, 750 gallon capacity, 304 stainless steel single wall tank. Vessel dimensions: 65" diameter x 63" deep with a 44" straight wall. Equipped with dome top and 20" man way with flip up, bolt down cover. Cone bottom has a 2½" OD / 2" ID Tri-Clamp style center bottom discharge with 12" ground clearance. Mounted on stainless steel (4) leg forkable base with casters.
