Wipe Film Machines

Evaporator Wipe Film is similar to a simple falling film evaporator with the added feature of a wiper that causes the film to be constantly placed against the heated wall of the evaporator, which is usually vertical. There is only one tube with the heat on the outside and a single point where feed material is added to the evaporator and a wiper is constantly pushing the material against this hot wall in an upward motion to achieve the desired evaporation as it falls through the heated cylinder. Evaporator wipe film uses vacuum to increase the evaporator performance and flash temperature for heat sensitive products.
