Bausano and Figli Spa Model TR2-100-5/A variable speed, counter rotating, twin screw extruder with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with (2) screws measuring 100mm (3.937") wide x 44" long and product infeed hopper into 5" long x 5" wide feed throat, (5) electrical heating zones, and dual cooling zones into a heated transition head with 60mm x 550mm opening. Has L/D ratio of 11:1, 60 rpm max shaft speed and vari speed drive. and has remote control panel. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
