Rated to 4,400 lbs capacity bags with number of pounds and bulk bags per hour – depending on materials, application, operator dexterity and machine configuration. Equipped with fork liftable 36" long x 34½" wide spider lift bag attachment with adjustable height bag rest, paddle massager, bag access chamber, 5 HP clump breaker, ½ hp rotary airlock and has 8" diameter discharge with 33" ground clearance into bucket elevator. UniTrak bucket elevator equipped with 10¼" wide x 4½" long x 5" deep buckets, 8" diameter charge port, 66" long bottom horizontal run, 128" vertical run with a 20" wide frame, 48" long top horizontal run and 6" diameter discharge with 114" ground clearance.

Bag-Vac dust collector on the side of the bulk bag discharger with collection and return chute with 50 Sq Ft filtration area through (1) spun bond polyester filter cartidge. OAD: 134" L x 103" W x 200" H Bag Dumper
IEDCO complete bulk bag unloading, conveying and column / tank filling system. Rated up to 2500 lbs/hr depending on materials, application and machine configuration. System consists of a bulk bag unloader, rotary valve, scale hopper, vacuum conveyor, dust collector and column / tank filling station. Bulk bag unloader is equipped with a 135" long I-Beam that extends 70" past frame, a Yale 2 ton hoist with pendant controls, bag spout choker / cincher, agitation paddles and bag deflation. Bulk product is fed into the scale hopper through a rotary valve that can be operated in both an automatic and manual mode. Product is received in a 36" diameter x 55" deep vessel with a vacuum feed adapter. The 16.375 ft³ hopper is mounted onto a 1000 lbs capacity load cell. Product is moved from the scale hopper into a G900 vacuum conveyor mounted on a Pneumalift conveyor with push button controls to raise and lower the chamber. The vacuum conveyor has a diverting valve that can be used to remove product from a secondary source with a wand. Vacuum conveyor chamber is equipped with a level sensor that will open a butterfly valve when full to be emptied into a column / tank. System also includes a 41" x 43" filling station with Pneumaseal brakes to hold tank in place. Filling station has air bags to lift tank into place, vibrators for compacting material and load cells for final batch weight. System includes a Nederman filterbox dust collection that is connected to the scale hopper, feed station and is used for the bag deflation process. System mounted around a two tier operator mezzanine with a 43" wide x 154" long lower platform set 39" off the ground and a 60" wide x 88" long upper platform set 63" off the ground. Upper platform has a 44" diameter x 16" deep cut out for columm / tank. Control panel is equiped with a AB controller and touch screen HMI.
Formpak Inc, Model 500HT, Bulk bag, unloading system rated up to 2,200 lb capacity with number of bags per hour – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Equipped with 92" long I-Beam and Harrington 35" long x 36" wide spider lift bag attachment that allows lifting of various size bulk bags up to 2,200 lb capacity, with hoist and trolley powered by 1.2 Hp motor drive and has flanged mounted product receiving chamber with Coperion K-Tron vibratory agitation and auger feeder with Iris discharge valve for product flow control by volume. Control panel has start and pause / reset scale, auto off and on switches, reset and e-stop push buttons with hand held controller. Discharges into Rice Lake weigh auger feeder. Mounted on heavy-duty box tube structural design frame.

AMS, Model SH-1000, Bulk bag, super sack unloading system rated to 4,000 lbs capacity with number of pounds of product and number of containers per hour – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Heavy-duty box tube structural design has 120" long I-beam with 49" long x 49" wide spider lift bag attachment that allows lifting of various size bulk bags. 2 ton (4,000) capacity powered hoist and trolley has flanged mounted product recieving chamber with massaging paddles and Iris valve for product flow control discharge by volume. Mounted on heavy-duty box tube structural design frame.

Harrington 1 ton (2,000) lb capacity powered hoist and trolley (1) 26" OD x 32" long stainless steel conical product recieving hopper with flow control valve to 26" OD x 21" long conical product metering discharge hopper with bag massager, Schenk Accurate Mid-Mech LIW weight loss metering system has controller and readout with Mechatron feeders and Mac Process CRA10 airlock and rotary valve discharge with 36" floor clearence. Control panel has microprocessor controller, with hoist up / down, flo-lock gate open / close and sure seal, seal / unseal push button controls with massager auto, off, on switch and A/B Powerflex vari speed controller. Mounted on heavy-duty all stainless steel box tube design frame with stainless steel cage style safety guarding and stainless steel access ladder and platform.
