Material Handling Equipment – Machines designed for handling various off-line products that are necessary for the overall operation of the plant but not directly utilized in the production of goods. Material Handling is a term used for a system of conveyors, transfers, channelizers, and indexers designed to move product from one point to the next. Material Handling Systems can be incorporated into any packaging line to form a system that can handle the complete packaging process.
3Sigma Systems, bulk bag super sack unloading system. Rated to 4,400 lbs capacity bags with number of pounds and bulk bags per hour – depending on materials, application, operator dexterity and machine configuration. Equipped with fork liftable 36" long x 34½" wide spider lift bag attachment with adjustable height bag rest, paddle massager, bag access chamber, 5 HP clump breaker, ½ hp rotary airlock and has 8" diameter discharge with 33" ground clearance into bucket elevator. UniTrak bucket elevator equipped with 10¼" wide x 4½" long x 5" deep buckets, 8" diameter charge port, 66" long bottom horizontal run, 128" vertical run with a 20" wide frame, 48" long top horizontal run and 6" diameter discharge with 114" ground clearance.

Equipped with 108" long cantilevered I-beam extending 43" beyond frame with spider lift bag attachment rated to 3200 lbs. that allows lifting of various size bulk bags and has powered hoist and trolley with bag massagers, and 12" OD tele tube with clamp ring to secure sac chute. Bag-Vac dust collector on the side of the bulk bag discharger with collection and return chute with 50 Sq Ft filtration area through (1) spun bond polyester filter cartidge. Mounted on heavy-duty box tube structural design frame.

Designed to transfer product from one pallet to another when inverting is not possible.

Mounted on forkable frame.
