Tote dumper Lift capacity: 750 Lbs. Tote chamber dimensions: 53″ wide x 48″ deep with an adjustable height range between 27″ and 55½”. Equipped with 35″ high x 48½” wide x 8″ deep discharge chute with a discharge height of 151″, 7½ Hp hydraulic power pack with a 20 gallon reservoir. Tote dumper requires 266″ ceiling clearance.
Top live bottom metering hopper chamber dimensions: 82″ wide x 105″ long x 34″ deep. Equipped with 58″ wide x 96″ long product belt powered by a 2 Hp drive, 24″ diameter agitation with (19) “stars” mounted on a 2″ shaft powered by a 2 Hp drive, each “star” has (3) 11″ high x 2″ wide arm, discharges at 133″ high. Mounted on 128″ high legs.
Bottom live bottom metering hopper chamber dimensions: 37″ wide x 72″ long x 37″ deep. Equipped with 18″ wide x 100″ long product belt powered by a center mounted 2 Hp drive, (3)10¼” diameter lump breaker agitator bars powered by (3) devoted 3 Hp drives, 31″ high dust hood, discharge height of 87″. Mounted on 48″ high legs.
