Material Handling Equipment – Machines designed for handling various off-line products that are necessary for the overall operation of the plant but not directly utilized in the production of goods. Material Handling is a term used for a system of conveyors, transfers, channelizers, and indexers designed to move product from one point to the next. Material Handling Systems can be incorporated into any packaging line to form a system that can handle the complete packaging process.
Savage Brothers, power bowl lift and tilt. Rated to a maximum capacity of 250 lbs. Equipped with a self-locking mechanism to hold bowl safely with a maximum lift height of 70".

Formpak Inc, Model 500HT, Bulk bag, unloading system rated up to 2,200 lb capacity with number of bags per hour – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Equipped with 92" long I-Beam and Harrington 35" long x 36" wide spider lift bag attachment that allows lifting of various size bulk bags up to 2,200 lb capacity, with hoist and trolley powered by 1.2 Hp motor drive and has flanged mounted product receiving chamber with Coperion K-Tron vibratory agitation and auger feeder with Iris discharge valve for product flow control by volume. Control panel has start and pause / reset scale, auto off and on switches, reset and e-stop push buttons with hand held controller. Discharges into Rice Lake weigh auger feeder. Mounted on heavy-duty box tube structural design frame.

AMFEC, Model 2-3k, column cart dumper. Rated to a maximum capacity of 1,000 lbs. Equipped with a 29½" x 23" cart holder. Lift is powered by a 3 HP drive and has a discharge height of 60".

AMS, Model SH-1000, Bulk bag, super sack unloading system rated to 4,000 lbs capacity with number of pounds of product and number of containers per hour – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Heavy-duty box tube structural design has 120" long I-beam with 49" long x 49" wide spider lift bag attachment that allows lifting of various size bulk bags. 2 ton (4,000) capacity powered hoist and trolley has flanged mounted product recieving chamber with massaging paddles and Iris valve for product flow control discharge by volume. Mounted on heavy-duty box tube structural design frame.

Bohle, Model HS250, rotating column tote lift. Rated to a maximum capacity of 550 lbs. Equipped with a two prong fork lift set on 30" centers with a maximum lift height of 96".

Toppy America, Model Side Mover, stationary pallet transfer machine. Rated up to 3000 lbs depending on materials and application. Equipped with (2) 51" long x 31" high padded walls, electric drive motor and push button controls. Designed to transfer product from one pallet to another when inverting is not possible.

Harrington 2 ton (4000 lb.) capacity powered hoist and trolley with bag massagers. Equipment with 12" diameter Tele-Tube discharge with clamp ring to secure sac chute. Mounted on heavy-duty box tube structural design frame. With Model 1450 Flexicon 10 foot long x 4½" OD screw conveyor with a discharge height of 96".

All stainless steel box tube design with I-beam and spider lift attachment. Harrington 1 ton (2,000) lb capacity powered hoist and trolley (1) 26" OD x 32" long stainless steel conical product recieving hopper with flow control valve to 26" OD x 21" long conical product metering discharge hopper with bag massager, Schenk Accurate Mid-Mech LIW weight loss metering system has controller and readout with Mechatron feeders and Mac Process CRA10 airlock and rotary valve discharge with 36" floor clearence. Control panel has microprocessor controller, with hoist up / down, flo-lock gate open / close and sure seal, seal / unseal push button controls with massager auto, off, on switch and A/B Powerflex vari speed controller. Mounted on heavy-duty all stainless steel box tube design frame with stainless steel cage style safety guarding and stainless steel access ladder and platform.

MTC, Model HLC2HD, column barrel dumper. Rated to a maximum capacity of 800 lbs. Lift is powered by a 2 HP drive and has a discharge height of 124".
