Material Handling Equipment – Machines designed for handling various off-line products that are necessary for the overall operation of the plant but not directly utilized in the production of goods. Vac-U-Max, Bulk bag, super sack unloading system rated to 4,000 lbs capacity with number bulk bags per hour – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Heavy-duty stainless steel box tube structural design has 120" long I-beam extending 64" beyond frame with spider lift bag attachment that allows lifting of various size bulk bags. Harrington 2 ton (4000lb) capacity powered chain hoist and trolley with (8) massaging paddles and 56" discharge height.

Cherry’s Industrial, Model SC75, free standing, single clamp, 180° hydraulic pallet inverter with number of loads per hour – depending on materials, application and operator deterity. Load Capacity: up to 4,000 lbs. Equipped with 49" Long x 49" Wide load table, 42" minimum to 75" maximum opening range and has 5Hp power pack with pendant style push button control package. Mounted on forkable frame.

Metolift, Model M2210-00, column barrel dumper. Rated to a maximum capacity of 220 lbs. Equipped with a 24" diameter x 32" high chamber and has a discharge height of 146".

Metolift, Model PMDM-03, portable drum dumper. Rated up to 150 KG (330 lbs). Equipped with a 24" diameter x 36" tall barrel chamber with a maximum discharge height of 80" requiring 157" ceiling clearance. Hand controls with push button tilt and lift controls. Open end, cone discharge.

National Bulk Equipment, Model Powermaxx 21-25603-50c, tote dumper. Rated for a maximum load of 2,500 lbs. Equipped with a 50" wide x 32" long x 60" high tote chamber, removable locking bar and extended side guards. Powered by a hydraulic pack with raise / lower switch for dumper. Requires 140" high ceiling clearance and discharges at a height of 62".
