Material Handling Equipment – Machines designed for handling various off-line products that are necessary for the overall operation of the plant but not directly utilized in the production of goods. Material Handling is a term used for a system of conveyors, transfers, channelizers, and indexers designed to move product from one point to the next. Material Handling Systems can be incorporated into any packaging line to form a system that can handle the complete packaging process.
Cherry’s Industrial, Model SC75P, free standing, single clamp, 180° hydraulic pallet inverter. Load Capacity: up to 4,400 lbs. Equipped with 49" Long x 49" Wide load table, 42" minimum to 75" maximum jaw opening size range, 5 hp power pack and pendant style push button control package. Loaded and relocated by forklift.
National Bulk Equipment, bulk bag, super sack, unloading system. Rated to maximum capacity of 4000 lb per load. with number of pounds of product per hour – depending on materials, application and operater dexterity. Equipped with dual chain hoist system with 2.4 Hp lift drive / 0.53 hp transport drive, light curtain, 54" x 54" load plate and runway "I" beam which extends 125" past the main frame for lifting then moving to unloading section. Used for both bulk bags, or super sacks. Mounted on heavy duty support frame.

Product Saver product reclamation system. Equipped with 53" wide x 47" long x 16" deep (12 ft³) stainless steel product hopper, 8" wide x 140" long belt conveyor with 2" high cleats set on 4½" centers, (2) sets of 15 blade circular knives with adjustable gap, 24" diameter x 36" long rotary screening drum with 3" high interior baffles. Discarded bag material is ejected from 12" x 9" opening with 67" ground clearance. Rates / volumes dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.

Omega Design, Model OM100, Stainless steel pneumatic drum lift and dumper. Rated for a maximum load of 450 lbs. Equipped with a 23½"OD top clamping hood with a 8" OD discharge and pneumatic butterfly flow valve. Lift has 60" of vertical travel with a 60" maximum discharge height. Control panel with push button clamp / unclamp, lift / lower switch, invery / upright switch, valve open / close switch and E-stop. Mounted on a powered cart base with forward / reverse control switch.

Loos, Model 978-002, stainless steel wagon dumper. Equipped with a 53" diameter tote frame with a 48" discharge height. Totes are dumped into a 33½" wide x 31" high discharge chute with 27" ground clearance. Powered by a 2 hp drive and mounted on a heavy duty stainless steel frame.

Equipped with an open top chute with a discharge height of 42" high and requires 136" of ceiling clearance. Stainless steel frame cradle powered by a 5 Hp hydraulic power pack. Control panel with up/down push button controls. Mounted on heavy duty base frame. Rates dependant on material, application and machine configuration.

Fuchs, Model BK200, 55 gallon barrel drum mixer / dumper. Capable of handling metal drums up to 800 lbs. Has 22" dia adjustable drum gripper with 1.7 hp motor drive. Control panel with push botton start / stop and timer. Unit mounted on a 39" x 47" base with hand crank tilting.
OAD: 60"L x 39"W x 52" H
Idaho Equipment & Sheet Metal Co., stainless steel tote dumper. Equipped with a 48" wide x 44" long x 44" high tote chamber. Powered by a 2 hp hydraulic pack with on/off switch for pump and raise / lower switch for dumper. Requires 84" high ceiling clearance and discharges at a height of 35".
