Equipped with 14-1/2" long x 12-1/2" wide x 17" deep stainless steel product hopper, 10" diameter 2-piece cutting head, feed screw and 4-1/2" OD sanitary discharge. 200 Hp motor drive. Mounted on stainless steel base. Rates dependant on materials, application and machine configuration.

Equipped with 26" long x 34" wide x 22" deep product hopper with feed auger into cutting head and has rectangular flange discharge port with 2½" OD / 2" ID Tri-clamp adapter. Knives and auger powered by 20 Hp drive with push button start and stop controls. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters.
