Loos Model 10 Lb, 316 stainless steel, twin screw, lab cooking system with amount of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. All 316 stainless steel construction. Equipped with product hopper has dimensions of 12" in Length; 8" in Width; 6" in Depth, (2) stainless steel 4" OD x 12" long feed cooking screws and transition rotors powered by (2) ½ Hp motor drives and has 2½" OD / 2" ID Tri-clamp style discharge with 17" ground clearance. Control panel with on / off, start, e-stop controls and readout. Mounted on a stainless frame with locking casters.

Equipped with 42" long x 26" wide x 10" deep charge area with a 28½" wide x 60" long blue belt through rotary product feeder with (5) sections of feeder fingers and 28" wide waterfall product dispenser with 39" ground clearance. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters and Weigh-Tronix load cells.

Loos, Model 978-002, stainless steel wagon dumper. Equipped with a 53" diameter tote frame with a 48" discharge height. Totes are dumped into a 33½" wide x 31" high discharge chute with 27" ground clearance. Powered by a 2 hp drive and mounted on a heavy duty stainless steel frame.
