Equipped with 25" long flat bar sealing head and capable of sealing up to 150mm caps. Microprocessor controller has touch pad controls with digital readout and detection / customer connection ports with lockable disconnect, hand crank adjustabe and has maximum ambient operating temperature of 122 Deg F. humidity of 20% to 90% non – condensing. Mounted on unitized portable stand with casters and leveling legs ment to roll over existing conveyor.

Incoming stop gate to prevent containers from traveling under the coil when the power is not on, detection package sensors to monitor stalled bottles, loose caps and missing foil faults, with reject solenoid air cylinder and verification sensors to detected and reject packages from the conveyor onto collection tray.
