Rated from 10 to 120 feet per minute with number of product – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 25" long flat bar sealing head capable of sealing up to 150mm caps. Has Microprocessor controller with touch pad controls, digital readout and detection / customer connection ports with lockable disconnect and stack light, hand crank adjustabe with maximum ambient operating temperature of 122 Deg F. and humidity of 20% – 90% non-condensing. Incoming stop gate to prevent containers from traveling under the coil when the power is not on, detection package sensors to monitor stalled bottles, loose caps and missing foil faults, with reject solenoid air cylinder and verification sensors to detected and reject packages from the conveyor onto collection tray.
