Romaco, Model Promatic Bipak, Semi – automatic, vertical, hand load, hot melt glue cartoner. Rated from 35 to 80 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range: per application with proper change parts. Carton size: 20mm to 120mm in Length x 18mm to 80mm in Width x 50mm to 250mm in Depth. Can be run intermittent or continuous with automatic feeding system. Equipped withreciprocating pic in place, adjustable chain set on 8" centers, 60" long operator hand load area each side of machine, hot melt glue system with major and minor flap closures, compression section and discharge conveyor. Mounted on heavy duty frame with leveling legs and interlock safety door guarding.

Romaco Model MZ100, stainless steel, toothed colloid mill with production rates from 200 to 2,000 kg’s of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 16" OD x 19" Deep stainless steel, conical product hopper with lift off cover. 2-1/2" sanitary side port, with recirculation pipe and 2-1/2" OD side port. Mill has a rotor / stator, with 2-1/2" OD threaded side ports, pressure gauge and 5.5 KW (7 Hp) motor drive and mounted on 45" x 34" stainless steel base with casters.Mill is capable of running in both batch operation with hopper or in continuous in-line processing system without the hopper. Used for homogenizing, dispersing, refining emulsifying liquid to highly viscous products such as mustard, creams, mayonnaise, peanut butter, ointments, toothpastes as well as household and chemical products.
