Romaco Model MZ100, stainless steel, toothed colloid mill with production rates from 200 to 2,000 kg’s of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 16" OD x 19" Deep stainless steel, conical product hopper with lift off cover. 2-1/2" sanitary side port, with recirculation pipe and 2-1/2" OD side port. Mill has a rotor / stator, with 2-1/2" OD threaded side ports, pressure gauge and 5.5 KW (7 Hp) motor drive and mounted on 45" x 34" stainless steel base with casters.
Mill is capable of running in both batch operation with hopper or in continuous in-line processing system without the hopper. Used for homogenizing, dispersing, refining emulsifying liquid to highly viscous products such as mustard, creams, mayonnaise, peanut butter, ointments, toothpastes as well as household and chemical products.
