Southern Packaging Model TE700VFS, stainless steel, intermittent motion, tray former capable of speeds from 4 to 42 trays per minute – depending on materials and application. Minimum / Maximum tray size: 15" to 42" in Length; 12" to 38" in Width; 2" to 6" in Depth. Equipped with 37-1/2" Long x 37-1/2" Wide flat blank magazine with (4) suction cup recipcating pic-n-place and multi wheel feeding system, diving (4) corner 20" wide x 23-1/2" single air ram tray forming head, 70" Long (2) chain lugged transfer conveyor set on 25" centers Nordson (4) gun H/M glue system, with compression section. Control panel has A/B controller, with on / off, jog, run, glue, vacuum, ram head and,e-stop, controls, with interlocking safety guarding. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.

Rated from 10 to 100 cycles per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Pouch size range: 2" to 8¾" in Length; 2" to 9½" in Height. Equipped with splice station with auto web tracking, zipper unwind, hole punch with scrap collection, lower and upper crush for gusset pouches, pouch feed chain system set on 10" centers, forming plow, film tension rollers, registration, side seal with parallel mounting bars, cut-off station, (12) clip stations, suction cup style pouch opener, Mateer servo auger filler, top heat seal bar, top seal cooling bar and pouch pick-off station. Film Specifications: 20" OD maximum film roll, with 28" maximum web width, on 3" OD core. Control panel with an AB controller, AB PanelView 550 touch pad display, push button start/stop and digital temperatue controllers. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.
