Thiele, Model 410, automatic, horiztontal, case erector, packer and hot melt glue sealer. Rated from 5 to 20 cases per minute with number of product – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Maximum case size: 24" in Length; 18" in Width; 12" in Depth. Equipped with a 40" wide x 16" long roller conveyor carton infeed, 48" long 5 band eagle belt 90° transfer into carton upender, 116" long carton accumulation belt with a 1" wide overhead hold down conveyor, single side load ram arm, 30" wide x 84" long powered case magazine, 3 suction cup reciprocating pick and place, 2 lugged chains set on 45" centers, Nordson hot melt glue system and case tipper discharge. Control panel has an AB controller with an AB DL30 display, push button start / stop and run / jog switch. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.

Equipped with a 3¼" wide x 150" long Delrin style conveyor powered by a ½ hp drive, 32" long timing screw, 76" long single belt powered magazine, (6) head rotary pick and place, Piab vacuum system and reject station. Control panel with an AB PLC and touch screen display.

Equipped with a 9" wide x 115" long 1 to 3 lane 90° infeed, (2) pusher plate feeders, 27" wide seal bar, product hold down clamp, stainless steel shrink tunnel with 32" wide x 15" high aperture and 48" long chamber with 30" wide x 94" long thru belt conveyor and 36" discharge height.
