Thiele, shrink bundling system with right angle laner infeed. Rated from 10 to 30 bundles per minute – depending on materials, application pack pattern and machine configuration. Maximum product height: 6¼"; maximum film width: (2) 13" rolls. Equipped with a 9" wide x 115" long 1 to 3 lane 90° infeed, (2) pusher plate feeders, 27" wide seal bar, product hold down clamp, stainless steel shrink tunnel with 32" wide x 15" high aperture and 48" long chamber with 30" wide x 94" long thru belt conveyor and 36" discharge height. All stainless steel frame and enclosure with lexan doors and machine leveling pads and casters. Fully automated with AB PLC rack and AB PanelView Plus 600 touch screen display, digital temp controllers for heat tunnel and seal bars with statis light bar. Mounted on base frame with leveling legs.
