Equipped with 12" wide x 93" long right angled product in feed conveyor, two roll bottom film carriage 24" in width; 14" OD on 3" OD cores, single arm product pusher, 25" wide heat seal jaw with 11" of vertical travel, top product hold down.
Single zone shrink tunnel with 32" wide x 19" high total aperture and 83" long shrink chamber with top mounted blowers and 24" wide x 180" long product conveyor. Control panel has AB PLC and has start, stop, reset and e-stop push buttons and tunnel, seal bar, left and right side seal temperature controls, interlock safety guarding and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame with casters.
