Zacmi / Great Lakes Foods, Model 023-B-40, Automatic, stainless steel, 40 head rotary volumetric telescopic pocket filler with number of containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. All stainless steel construction designed for filling solid particles such as various vegetables, peas, beans etc with particle size up to 15mm x 15mm x 15mm. Temperature range from 44 Degrees F (7 Degrees C) to 203 Degess F (95 Degrees C) for any thawed or I.Q.F. products and filling variations depending on product (such as particle size, density, temperature and moisture content) as well as product quality and ability to feed product to constant level in product tank. Container size per application. Equipped with 64" OD table and has (40) 3" x 1-1/2" telescopic filling heads set on 6" centers, overhead feed system and no container / no fill. Control panel has A/B swing arm controller with panelview and has start, stop, reset and e-stop push button controls, Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with cage style interlock safety guarding.
Designed to dose granular or powder products into rigid containers. Working principle product to be dosed is transferred onto a filling plate and directed over the telescope filling section. Filling occurs by gravity and the container is vibrated for product settlement inside.

Container size and fill range per application and is capable of handling glass, plastic and metal containers and viscous product fills with or without particulates (all with proper change parts) Equipped with 36" long x 4" wide delron belt in feed conveyor with 24" long container indexing worm screw. 30" OD turret and (4) piston filling stations, set on 24" centers and has 4" OD x 14" long pistons with 1" OD fill nozzles with no container / no fill and sits on 76" long x 66" wide x 6" deep stainless steel drip basin, 24" long x 4" wide delron belt discharge conveyor and has stainless steel centrifical product pump. Remote control panel has start, stop, reset, e-stop push buttons with manual enable switch and panel view. Mounted on stainless steel frame with enclosed safety guarding and leveling legs.Suitable for products such as tomato paste, jams, marmalade, fruit juices, purees, slurries, baby foods,vegetable and mineral oils.
