Rated from 10 to 50 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with a 1 to 2 lane diverter, (2) 2½" wide x 102" long infeed conveyors, 48" long powered blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary blank carton pick n place, 3" wide lugged chain product conveyor set on 15" centers, product loader, overhead confinement conveyor, Nordson hot melt glue system and push arm reject station. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with touch screen HMI and statis light bar. Mounted on multi leveling leg frame with safety door guarding.
