Rated from 40 to 70 cartons per minute – depending on application materials and application. (2) chain adjustable unit currently set on 9" centers. Carton size range: 1" to 6" in Length; ¾" to 3½" in Width; 3¼" to 8¾" in Depth – with proper change parts. Equipped with a 55" long powered blank carton magazine, (2) head suction cup rotary vacuum pick-n- place, suction cup box pre-break, bottom seal section to 4½" wide x 84" long Neoprene transfer belt to hand load area, 2" wide x 86" long Intralox belt from hand load area to top seal section with (2) worm screw feeders and 6½" wide x 38" long Neoprene discharge belt. Nordson Pro Blue hot melt glue system and interlock safety guarding with status light bar. Control panel has an A/B controller with touch pad programmable controls, variable speed dial, vacuum on/off switch, drive reverse/forward switch, drive run/jog switch and start/stop/reset/E-stop push button controls. Mounted on stainless steel base frame.
