Carton size: 1" to 4½" length x ½" to 4" width x 3" to 6" depth. Equipped with 2 chain product system currently set with 6" long x 3½ wide fixed floating product carriers set on 6" centers, 2 head roatary pick and place leaflet feeder, 3" wide x 40" long product infeed conveyor, worm screw to star wheel bottle lay down loader, 36" long blank carton magazine, 2 head rotary carton pick n place, 3 chain adjustable carton holder on 6" centers, top squaring device, flap closers, Nordson glue system and dual 16" long compression belt section. Control panel has a Siemens controller with touch pad controls, interlocked safety guarding and status light bar.
