Kodiak Model 710RSC, automatic, case erector, packer, hot melt glue sealer rated from 3 to 20 cases per minute – depending on material and application. Case size range: 6" to 22" in length: 6" to 20 " in width; 9" to 14" in depth. Equipped with 96" long extended powered blank case magazine (4) head vacuum pick-off system, 80" long pre-collating in feed conveyor with upstacking, set on 27" centers and Nordson H/M glue system. Control panel has A/B PLC controls. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with interlocking lexan guarding with seco gauges for quick change over.

Kodiak Model 901HD-120, Semi automatic, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner, rated from 25 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Carton size range: to 9-3/4" in Length; 6" in Width; 12" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers with 2¼" wide x 3-7/8" high lugs, 144" long product in feed conveyor, 40" long (3) chain automatic blank carton magazine with (2) head rotary suction cup pick n place, carton squaring device, 64" long operator product hand load area, Nordson 2-gun hot melt glue system, major and minor flap plows and closers, 10" long compression section with Seko guages and foot pedal indexing. Control panel has push button start / stop, vacuum on / off switch, glue on / off switch, run / jog switch and A/B power flex variable speed controller. Mounted on stainless steel frame with safety guarding, casters and leveling legs.

Kodiak Model 901-120, semi automatic, horizontal, continous motion, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 20 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range per application. Equppied with (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers with 2-1/4" wide x 2-1/4" high lugs, 24" long blank carton magazine, recpicating vacuum suction cup pick n place, 70" long product operator load area, Nordson (2) gun hot melt glue system with major and minor flap closers. Control panel has A/B vari-speed controller, with vacuum and glue on / off, run jog and speed control switches, with start, stop and-e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with safety door guarding and foot pedal jog.

Kodiak, Model 910SSC-120, automatic, continous motion, horizontal, hot melt cartoner. Rated from 10 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size: 1" to 4½" length x ½" to 4" width x 3" to 6" depth. Equipped with 2 chain product system currently set with 6" long x 3½ wide fixed floating product carriers set on 6" centers, 2 head roatary pick and place leaflet feeder, 3" wide x 40" long product infeed conveyor, worm screw to star wheel bottle lay down loader, 36" long blank carton magazine, 2 head rotary carton pick n place, 3 chain adjustable carton holder on 6" centers, top squaring device, flap closers, Nordson glue system and dual 16" long compression belt section. Control panel has a Siemens controller with touch pad controls, interlocked safety guarding and status light bar.
