Clybourn Model CHL18S, Automatic vertical load cartoner with rotary carton feed and spout oval transfer capable of speeds from 80 to 200 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application Equipped with 10" centers and has a carton size range: 1" to 8" in Length x 3/4" to 3-1/4" in Width x 3-1/2 to 11" in Depth. Has a 6′ load area on each side, with (4) head rotary carton feeder and 6′ long carton magazine with Nordson hot melt glue system and has tilt tray pouch feeder for automatic feeding of pouches into (14) pocket spout oval pouch loading system with clamshell buckets incorporates a no pouch no carton feature and additional (18) pocket spout oval system for feeding noodles/rice like products into carton.
