Z Automation Co. Model CV7.5, Semi-automatic stainless steel, continuous motion, vertical tuck cartoner. Carton size per application. Equipped with blank carton magazine, (2) head servo reciprocating pic-n-place, (2) chains system with adjustable pockets on 7.5" centers, 70" long operator hand load area and 38" long discharge conveyor. A/B PLC controller swing arm, e-stop and statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame with leveling legs and safety guarding. Speeds dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.
