Triangle Model HCS-E2-750, automatic, horizontal, continuous motion, hot melt glue cartoner with number of cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: Per application. Equipped with 190" long product in feed conveyor with 6" long x 3-1/2" wide x 11" deep fixed product buckets and 2 side rotary pouch feeders and placers. 72" long 2 belt automatic blank carton magazine, 3 head rotary pic n place, (4) chains adjustable system set on 7-1/2" centers with 5" high x 1" wide lugs, barrel cam loader, with rotary top hold down conveyor, no product / no carton detector, Nordson hot melt glue system, major and minor flap closers and 28" long dual side belt compression and discharge section. Control panel has A/B CPU controller with A/B swing arm touch pad controls and panel view with cartoner on / off, run / jog switches, start, stop and e-stop buttons. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with multi leveling legs and Lexan safety guarding.
