Jones Model IMV 5, Semi-automatic, intermittent motion, vertical tuck cartoner rated from 10 to 45 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 4" in Length; 3/4" to 2-3/4" in Width; 2-1/8" to 7" in Depth. Equipped with (2) chains fixed set on 5" centers, with 24" long blank carton magazine, reciprocating pic-n-place, 48" long operator load area each side, minor flap tuckers and major flap closers with self contained vacuum system. Control panel has relay logic controller, with run, jog and vacuum switches, start, stop and e-stop push button controls. Mounted on heavy duty frame with safety door guarding.
