Adco, Model 15D105-EC, semi automatic, horizontal, hot glue cartoner. Carton size range: 1" to 7½" in Length; ¾" to 4" in Width; 4" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with 4 chains adjustable set on 9" centers, with ½" wide x 1½" high lugs, 36" long automatic carton magazine, (2) head rotary vacuum pick and place, top carton hold down rail, 76" long hand product load area, forming plows and flap tuckers, Nordson hot glue system and interlock safety guarding. Control panel with push button start, stop, e-stop controls and on / off switches for glue and vacuum. Mounted on heavy duty frame with safety guarding and casters. Speed dependent on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity.
