IWKA Model SC6, Automatic, horizontal, continous motion, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 50 to 300 cartons per minute depending on materials and application. Package size range: 20mm to125mm in Length; 15mm to 110mm" in Width; 50mm to 85mm in height. Equipped with 64" long x 3" wide product in feed conveyor with worm screw indexing to 163" long fixed bucket product conveyor, with 3" long x 2" wide x 9" deep product buckets, 48" long (3) belt automatic blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary pick n place. and has (2) chains fixed set on 3" centers, automatic barrel cam product loader, Nordson hot melt glue system, Seko guages and 32" long x 2-1/2" wide discharge compression belts. Control panel has IWKA controller with swing arm touch pad controls and panel view with e-stop push buttons and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety guarding, casters and leveling legs.
