Rated from 50 to 100 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with a 5¼" wide infeed conveyor, 48" long powered blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary blank carton pick n place, 36" long dual worm screw indexing, lugged chain product conveyor set on 9" centers, overhead confinement conveyor and Nordson hot melt glue system. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with touch screen HMI and statis light bar.

Equipped with a 1 to 2 lane diverter, (2) 2½" wide x 102" long infeed conveyors, 48" long powered blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary blank carton pick n place, 3" wide lugged chain product conveyor set on 15" centers, product loader, overhead confinement conveyor, Nordson hot melt glue system and push arm reject station. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with touch screen HMI and statis light bar. Mounted on multi leveling leg frame with safety door guarding.

Adco, Model 9WA-150-SS, Automatic, continous motion, stainless steel, hot melt glue cartoner. rated from 50 to 150 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: 3" to 8" length, 3" to 5" width, 1" to 4" depth. Equipped with 72" long product in feed conveyor with dual worm screw indexing, 54" long powered blank carton magazine, (3) head rotary pick in place, 90" long powered over head lugged chain conveyor set on 9" centers and dual 54" long side chain container closing conveyors and is hand crank adjustable, with Nordson hot melt glue unit, central lube system and vacuum pump. Control panel has A/B controller with touch pad controls and Panel View 550 with A/B adjustable AC freqency drive and statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters, leveling legs and safety guarding.

Davis Engineering, automatic, stainless steel sleever. Rated from 50 to 140 sleeves per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with dual lane (over / under) product in feed with (2) 5" wide Intralox style belts, 110" long x 3" wide plastic delron lugged product conveyor set on 9" centers, 60" long x 12" wide powered blank carton magazine with (4) head rotary sleeve feeder, which transports sleeve blanks under product as it is being conveyed. 24" long x 1" wide overhead confining belt, sleeve flap plows, Nordson hot melt glue system, overhead belt compression section and 10" long dual side belt discharge.
