Ocme, Model Altair N 50, Automatic, inline, wrap around cartoner and hot melt glue sealer, rated up to 50 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: Per application. Capable of packing bottles, cans, jars, canisters and small packages made of plastic, glass and metal, in round, square, oval, triangular and other container shapes and sizes with proper change parts. Can handle various products such as lube oils, edible oils as well as beverage products. Equipped with (3) chains adjustable set on 36" centers and 3" high lugs, 41" wide x 132" long product in feed conveyor with lane divider and squaring device, 96" long auto blank case magazine, 56" long carton despenser and feed ramp carton inserter, top product assist conveyor and Nordson hot melt glue system with wrap station and compression discharge. Remote control panel has PLC controller with OCME swing arm controls and digital readout. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety guarding.

Carton size range: 3" to 8" length, 3" to 5" width, 1" to 4" depth. Equipped with 72" long product in feed conveyor and dual worm screws, 54" long powered blank carton magazine, (3) head rotary pick in place, 90" long powered over head lugged chain system conveyor set on 9" centers and dual 54" long side chain container closing conveyors and is hand crank adjustable, with Nordson hot melt glue unit. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with touch pad controls and Panel View 550 and statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters, leveling lags and safety guarding.
