Davis Engineering, automatic, stainless steel sleever. Rated from 50 to 140 sleeves per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with dual lane (over / under) product in feed with (2) 5" wide Intralox style belts, 110" long x 3" wide plastic delron lugged product conveyor set on 9" centers, 60" long x 12" wide powered blank carton magazine with (4) head rotary sleeve feeder, which transports sleeve blanks under product as it is being conveyed. 24" long x 1" wide overhead confining belt, sleeve flap plows, Nordson hot melt glue system, overhead belt compression section and 10" long dual side belt discharge. Control panel has an AB controller with an AB PanelView600 touch screen display. Mounted on stainless steel frame with lexan guarding.
