Automatic, intermittent motion, horizontal, walking beam, tuck cartoner capable of speeds from 30 to 60 cpm – speeds depending on materials and application. Cartons size range: 1/2" – 3 1/2" L x 1/2" – 2" W x 2" – 7 3/4" D, has adjustable bucket in feed, right angle product pusher into carton, dual walking beam drive on 4-3/4" centers, 27" L magazine, reciprocating vacuum pic-n-place, top carton squaring mechanism and e-stop. AB SLC 5/04 with Panel View, integrated vacuum pump, changeover gauges and barrier guarding with electrical interlock, and is mounted on stainless steel frame with casters and height adjustable legs.

Jones Model Criterion 2000 (IM-C2K), Automatic intermittent motion, horizontal reverse tuck, cartoner designed to load (2) cartons at a time and is rated from 20 to 66 cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Stainless steel construction and cantilevered design to GMP sanitary standards. Carton size range of: 1/2" to 5-1/4" in Length; 1/2" to 4" in Width; 4" to 8" in Depth. Equipped with Servo drive, fixed product bucket infeed, MGS prefolded leaflet inserter, 48" long blank carton magazine with (2) head orbitrac rotary carton pick and place, carton hold down, (4) chains adjustable set on 6" centers, pivot chute transfer for automatically indexing and stacking the products into infeed buckets, (2) product ram arm loaders, major and minor flap closers, open flap detectors and carton discharge conveyor. Control panel has Allen Bradley PLC and PPC control system, with start, stop, cycle and e-stop push buttons with data Logic bar code scanners. Mounted on stainless steel frame with safety guarding and statis light bar.

Equipped with 90" long x 2-1/2" wide delron product in feed belt conveyor with automatic over head sweep arm product loader to 209" long fixed product bucket conveyor with 4-1/2" long x 1/2" wide x 9-/12" deep total dimmension buckets with 2" long x 1/2" wide x 9-1/2 deep product holder pockets set on 5" centers. (2) belt automatic blank carton magazine with (4) head rotary suction cup pick n place, carton top squaring hold down bar, automatic side barrel cam product loader, no product / no carton, no carton / no load, major / minor flap plows and closers, with 20" long compression discharge belt conveyor. Control panel has A/B CPU controller with panel view, start, reset, stop and e-stop push button controls, VFD and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with interlocking safety guarding, leveling legs and hand held controller.

Carton size range: 60mm to 120mm in Length; 15mm to 85mm in Width; 75 mm to 120mm in Depth. Equipped with a 72" long product infeed conveyor with guide rails, disk to star wheel product indexing system, container knock down, adjustable bucket conveyor, 28" long blank carton magazine, 3-head rotary vacuum pick and place, 3-chain carrier conveyor with 4" high lugs set on 6" centers, barrel cam loading section, and 28" long dual side belt compression discharge. Additionally features interlocking Lexan safety guarding, quick change Seco gauges, A/B PLC, and an A/B Panel View. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with height adjustable legs.
