Z Automation Company, Model CH 7.5-10-I, automatic, horizontal, intermittent motion, tuck cartoner. Rated from 5 to 20 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. (1) chain unit currently set on 7½" centers with 2" wide x 5" high fixed lugs. Equipped with 4" wide x 88" long incline eagle belt product feeder, 16" high product down stacker, swinging product stack transfer arm, push arm auto loader and 16" long adjustable carton magazine with reciprocating suction cup pick and place. Control panel has A/B CPU with panel view and push button controls, status light bar and interlocking safety guarding. Mounted on stainless steel base frame.
