Equipped with 156" long in feed conveyor with 6" long x 1-1/2" wide x 12-1/2" deep fixed product buckets, 40" long automatic (2) chain auto carton magazine, (4) head rotary vacuum pick n place, 3 chains set on 10" centers with 2-1/2" high x 1" wide lugs, barrel cam loader with no carton / no product, no product / no carton and rotary top hold down, Nordson hot melt glue system, with major and minor flap closers and 24" compression section, interlock safety guarding and statis light bar. Control panel has A/B CPU controller and PLS touchpad controls with pusher run / jog, product on / off, carton pick-up auto / manual controls and start, stop, e-stop push buttons with A/B Dataliner unit. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
