Baker Perkins Model 0.1 ft³ (¾ gallon) working capacity, 304 stainless steel, double arm, sigma blade mixer with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Inner mixing chamber dimensions: 5½" in Length; 7¼" in Width; 7" in Depth. Equipped with stainless steel contact parts, bolt down cover, 1½ Hp motor drive, hand tilt with 15" fill height and 6" discharge height. Mounted on a painted steel base frame.
