Baker Perkins, Model 0.1 ft³ (¾ gallon) working capacity, jacketed, carbon steel, double arm, sigma blade mixer with pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Inner mixing chamber dimensions: 5½" in Length; 7¼" in Width; 7" in Depth. Equipped with carbon steel contact parts, 2 Hp motor drive, hand tilt with 34" discharge height and ¼" NPT connections for jacket. Mounted on a painted base frame.
