Rated from 10 to 24 cases per minute with number of product – depending on materials, application and pack pattern. Blank case size range: 5.5" to 35.4" in Length x 10.2" to 47.2 " in Width. Case size range: 7.9" to 23.6" in Length x 3.1" to 15.7" in Width x 3.1" to 11.8" in Height. Capable of packing cartons, bottles, cans, jars, jugs and more with proper change parts. Equipped with 4" wide x 187" long product infeed conveying section, smart belt product indexing with (4) w" wide x 11" long conveyors, 4" wide x 76" long transfer conveyor section into product buckets, 90° transfer arm, down stacker, robotic pic clamp transfer arm thru former, 50" long powered blank magazine and Nordson hot melt glue system.
