Fully automatic case erector / packer / glue sealer capable of 5 to 25 cases per minute and cases (10 3/4" – 18")L by (11" – 18")W by (2 3/4" – 8")H for 6-corner cases. Product size range of 6 1/4"L by (2 1/2" – 4 15/16")W by (4 1/2" – 8")H and a 2 x 1 x 6, 2 x 1 x 5, or 2 x 1 x 4 pack pattern. The product accumulator runs parallel to the case erector with a right angle air cylinder transfer for a single layer of product and features a 148"L infeed conveyor, and a 13"L by 19"W product transfer station. The wrap around case erector features a Plus 5000 series push button operator interface, a blank vacuum pick & place (Gast rotary vane oil-less vacuum pump) for blanks (27 1/2" – 63")W by (11 1/2" – 47")H with an 80"L magazine with hand crank adjustments, two Nordson TC-200 hot melt glue controllers, amber strobe light for non-shutdown conditions, red strobe light for shutdown conditions, blue strobe light for low materials, 21" centers, hand cranks and indicator scales for carton size adjustments, open flap detection with sensor and pilot light, and glue pattern as follows: top 3 stripes, back 3 stripes, bottom 3 stripes, and wings 1 stripe/side. Machine equipped with an Allen Bradley PLC programmable controller, a Pacific Scientific motor/servo controller, Electrocam programmable limit switches, a stand alone electrical panel, and 5/8" thick clear lexan guarding with electrical interlocks. Last running pack patterns of 2 x 1 x 6, 2 x 1 x 5, and 2 x 1 x 4 for cartons of microwave popcorn into six corner display trays with end hinge.

OPTION: Product up ender, an APV Douglas 1:6 servo lane divider, a six lane product accumulator, and a wrap around case erector with hot melt glue seals. The product up ender features a 4 1/2"W bottom conveyor and a 7 1/2"W side conveyor, to upend product. Lane divider features servo driven side conveyor belts to divide product into up to six lanes.
