Fully automatic case erector / packer / glue sealer capable of 5 to 25 cases per minute The product accumulator runs parallel to the case erector with a right angle air cylinder transfer for a single layer of product and features a 148"L infeed conveyor, and a 13"L by 19"W product transfer station. The wrap around case erector 80"L magazine with hand crank adjustments,Nordson hot melt, glue controllers, amber strobe light for non-shutdown conditions, red strobe light for shutdown conditions, blue strobe light for low materials, 21" centers, hand cranks and indicator scales for carton size adjustments, Machine equipped with an Allen Bradley PLC programmable, and 5/8" thick clear lexan guarding with electrical interlocks.
OPTION: Product up ender, an APV Douglas 1:6 servo lane divider, a six lane product accumulator, and a wrap around case erector with hot melt glue seals. The product up ender features a 4 1/2"W bottom conveyor and a 7 1/2"W side conveyor, to upend product. Lane divider features servo driven side conveyor belts to divide product into up to six lanes.

Case size range: 4" to 16" in Length x 6" to 22" in Width x 4" to 12" in High (with proper change parts). Equipped with product in feed conveyor with star wheel indexing, (4) chains adjustable set on 24" centers with 3" wide x 4" high lugs, 60" long automatic, single belt blank case magazine, (4) suction cup reciprocating pick n place, in line product collation section with side load station, Nordson hot melt glue system, side flap closers and compression section with discharge conveyor. Control panel has A/B PLC and side operator panel view controller with start. stop main machine switch and e-stop, Seko gauges and vacuum pump. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety door guarding, status light bar and leveling legs. Capable of handling wrap around cases, knock-down cases (pre-glued manufacturer’s flap), and trays, RSC, HSC or economy flaps (with proper change parts).

Douglas Model DLT, automatic, continous motion, horizontal, trayformer, loader and hot melt glue sealer, rated from 5 to 75 cycles per minute with the number of product and trays – depending on materials and application. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 24" centers, with 4" wide x 3" high plastic lugs, 27" wide x 104" long flex link product in feed conveyor with (2) sets of 48" long dual product metering worm screws and (4) product lane dividers. (2) chain blank tray vacuum suction cup recipicating pic-n-place, (blank tray magazine per application). Bottom lugged chain blank tray conveyor set on 24" centers, with product collation and tray lift wrapround load section with Nordson hot melt glue unit and side tray closers. Control panel, has A/B PLC controller with A/B swing arm controls and panel view, main drive run / jog, vacuum and metering on / off switches, with start, stop, reset, e-stop push buttons and statis light bar.
