Rated from 20 to 100 containers per minute – depending on materials and application Cap size range: 10mm to 45mm. Container size range: 1(3/16)" to 3(1/8)" in diameter; 1(3/8)" to 9¼" in height with proper change parts. Equipped with 64" long x 3¼" wide product conveyor, 10" rotary turret with pneumatic chuck capper heads set on 5" centers with no container / no cap, crooked cap reject and interlock safety guarding. Control panel has an AB controller with AB PanelView 600 touch screen display. Mounted on stainless steel base frame.
