Clybourn Cartoner Semi Vertical Glue CHL
Back to All EquipmentClybourn Model CHL7, Semi – automatic, vertical, hand load, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 10 to 100 cartons per minute – depending on materials application and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 8¼" length x ¾" to 3¼" width x 4¼" to 11¼" height with proper change parts. Equipped with 64" long (2) chain powered blank carton magazine, (4) head rotary pic in place, fixed product buckets set on 10" centers, 80" long hand load area each side of machine, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system and major and minor flap closures with compression discharge. Control panel has push button controls and glue, vacuum, carton pick, run, jog, on / off switches. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with interlock safety guarding.
