Gross capacity of 75 liters (19.81 gallons) and working capacity of 60 liters (15.85 gallons) per batch. Vessel dimensions: 20½" ID x 15" Deep. Equipped with Hydraulic vessel lift up with a fixed top cover, 16" diameter (3) blade anchor style mixer with 10" long x 2" wide x ½" thick blades powered by a variable speed 10 hp drive, 6" diameter (4) blade high shear mixer with 3" long x 1" wide blades powered by a dual speed 4 / 3 hp drive , 5" ID / 6¾" OD flange discharge with 19" ground clearance. Control panel with high and low speed, start, stop, jog and hydraulic lift controls with pressure, rpm and temperature gauges.
