Back to All EquipmentDoyle Equipment, 6 ton direct drive stainless steel blending system. Rated up to 6 ton batch capacity – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with (3) 95" wide x 144" long x 60" deep 6 ton split hoppers and (1) 95" wide x 144" long x 60" deep conditioning hopper with a 10 hp bottom auger. All (4) hoppers are mounted on RiceLake load cells and have pneumatic slide gate discharges. Product hoppers feed into a 16" wide x 690" long drag chain conveyor with 16" x 7½" UHMW paddles set on 12" centers. Drag chain conveyor feeds into a 88" diameter x 120" long 6 ton rotary blender powered by a 20 hp direct drive motor. Blended product is discharged into a 16" wide x 403" long drag chain conveyor with 16" x 7½" UHMW paddles set on 12" centers with a 238" discharge height.
