Back to All Equipment125 ft³ (110 ft³ working capacity) 304 stainless steel dual auger feeder with ribbon agitation and discharge pump. Vessel dimensions: 59" wide x 144" long x 28" deep (main vessel) with a 59" wide x 24" long x 38" deep end extension. Equipped with (4) 19" diameter manways, lift off cover on vessel extension, single ribbon powered by a 7½ hp drive and dual bottom auger screws powered by a 15 hp drive. Waukesha model 224 positive displacement pump with a 19.71:1 ratio gearbox for a current rate of 45.23 GPM with a 4½" OD / 4" ID discharge with 13" ground clearance. CIP Spray balls supplied by a Waukesha model 2085 centrifugal pump powered by a 10 hp drive with a 3½" OD / 3" ID Suction infeed and 3"OD / 2½"ID discharge.
