Geyer, Model Fillmaster 5000, stainless steel, dual piston filler / depositor. Rated from 4oz to 36oz fills each piston at speeds from 10 to 40 containers per minute with volume and number of products per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 20" diameter x 21" deep 12 gallon stainless steel product hopper, two 36oz pistons with1" OD positive cut-off diving nozzles and a 4½" wide x 144" long stainless steel Delrin variable speed conveyor with pneumatic indexing. Mounted on stainless steel base frame.
