Back to All EquipmentGLASS Model VSM/F 300, is a 300 liter, stainless steel, vertical, low pressure jacketed vacuum mixer. Pounds of product per hour – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity. Equipped with 29" ID x 29" Deep stainless steel mixing bowl, with 90° pnuematic tilt, automatic open and close bolt down cover, mixing arm, side wall scrapers with hygienic seals, 5 Hp motor drive and integrated vacuum pump. Control panel has touch panel controller with process data recording and run left / right mixing baffle, motor fast, slow with vacuum on / off switch and stop push button controls. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters and leveling legs.
Used for convience foods, delicacies salad dressings and marinates.
