Equipped with a 40½" wide x 4½" high aperture, 658" long heating chamber, 40" wide x 768" long stainless steel mesh belt with a 50" infeed / discharge height powered by a 2 HP drive, water cooling system, CIP system, belt brush, water / fat separator and powered hood lift. Control panel has AB controller with touch screen HMI and chart recorder.
