Rated from 40 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 18" centers, with 2" long x 3" high lugs. Carton size range: 1¾" to 15¾" in Length; ½" to 6" in Width; 3¾" to 14" in Depth. Equipped with 96" long powered blank carton magazine, 2 head rotary vacuum pic n place, top squaring system, 72" long product hand load area, major flap plows, minor flap closers, Nordsen hot melt glue system and vacuum system. Control panel with start / stop, jog / run, glue on / off and vacuum pump on / off. Mounted on base frame with lexan guarding and height adjustable legs with casters.
